Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase on website, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
  • Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent with original packaging. If there is excessive wrinkling and damage to the bag, the return is subject to DENIAL
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • If ANY item was washed and damaged we can’t accept it for return or exchange. 
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
  • Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted.
  • Underwear can’t be returned or exchanged.
  • It may take up to 7 -10 business days for returns to be processed.
  • Delivery charges i.e. 220 PKR are NOT refundable even on orders above 1499 PKR.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase with the date.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be contacted.

Late or missing refunds

If after 15 days you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {contact@minial.co}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to receiving. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {contact@minial.co} and send your item to: {the address it came from}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: { the address it came from}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
